Think about the best athletes, Drew Brees, Tom Brady, or Michael Jordan.
When they play their sport or ANY sport for that matter, they think about one thing and one thing alone: winning.
The best professional athletes, the ones that join the hall of fame or have long careers are only committed to being the absolute best at their sport. They want to DOMINATE the competition.
Dominating a sport is the only thing the best in the world think about.
Now think about the best traders……Ray Dalio, Ken Griffin, or Paul Tudor Jones
They aren’t any different. They don’t just want to make money, they want to dominate markets..
Athletes dominate by constantly trying to improve their game and being in the best shape possible.
They hire THE BEST coaches money can buy.
The best athletes in the world have personal coaches. Coaches that do not take no for an answer and CHALLENGE THEIR PLAYERS TO GET BETTER.
They pay top dollar to fix their swing or increase their stamina.
BUT IT IS WORTH IT BECAUSE IT HELPS THEM DOMINATE (which leads to lots of $$$).
So you, the option trader, what does this mean for you. YOU MUST WANT TO DOMINATE THE MARKET!
You can do this by understanding volatility better than everyone else in the market.
