Huge day here at VIX EDGE.
With the a HUGE change in the VIX we officially changed the color on our traffic light.
The VIX Edge Traffic Light is now red.
This means that our system strongly believes that short volatility position is going to make money between now a 30 days from now.
Does this mean there is no way vol can go up? No.
Red lights happen a lot for a long time.
The more important thing to pay attention is the change in light. ESPECIALLY Red to Yellow.
We think the play for now is LONGER dated long puts. Traders can look at VXX or even UVXY.
That said time is of the essence!!!!
